Agricultural Ethics (IFAE), the first institute in India to promote the study and
research in the field of Food and Agricultural Ethics.
Our mission is to enable the direct trade between farmers and buyers /clients, real
estate advertisers/Marketers and buyers of real estate, employers and job
seekers/applicants, as well as agricultural machinery Lessor and agricultural
machinery Lessee. By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to comply
with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please carefully read and
review them before using our services to ensure a fair and secure environment for

land to purchase through online platforms.
- Agricultural Machinery Lessorrefers to anyonewho leases or rents out
agricultural machinery and equipment for farmers or any other individuals

Registration and Accounts
- Users must register to create an account and access certain features of the

estate properties and clients can explore and express interest in purchasing
or leasing them.
- "kisanbharath.com" does not directly engage in real estate transactions
between farmers and clients.
- "kisanbharath.com" may, at our discretion, offer additional services such as
property management tools, messaging systems, and transaction facilitation.
Job openings
- kisanbharath.com’ offers a platform where employers can list job openings
and job seekers can explore and apply for opportunities within the
agricultural sector or any other sectors related to it.
- ‘kisanbharath.com’ is not directly involved in the employment process or
transactions between employers and job seekers.
- ‘kisanbharath.com’ may, at our discretion, offer additional services such as
resume hosting, job alerts, and application tracking.
Agricultural Machinery/Equipment Rentals
- ‘kisanbharath.com’ provides an online platform where Farmers/individuals
or entities can list their agricultural machinery or any other machineries for
rent, while others can search and rent the machineries they need.
- ‘kisanbharath.com’ does not directly participate in rental transactions
between renters and rentees.
- ‘kisanbharath.com’ may, at our discretion, offer additional services such as
payment processing, insurance options, and customer support.
Farmer Responsibilities
- Farmers must accurately describe the details of their products or services,
including pricing, availability, and delivery conditions.
- Farmers are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through the platform in
a prompt manner.
- Farmers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the
sale of agricultural products or services.
Real Estate Advertisers/Marketers’.
- Farmers/individuals, or entities must provide precise descriptions of their
real estate properties, including location, size, pricing, terms of sale or
lease, and any other pertinent information, ensuring that the information is
accurate and not misleading.
- Farmers/individuals or entities are responsible for ensuring that their listings
comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Farmers/individuals or entities must promptly update their listings to reflect
any changes in availability or terms.
- ‘kisanbharath.com’ reserves the right to remove or modify listings that do not
comply with these terms or that are deemed inappropriate.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information when placing
orders.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing product or service descriptions,
including terms of sale and delivery.
- Clients must agree to any payment terms specified by farmers.
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information when expressing
interest in a real estate property or any other services provided by the online
platform.
- Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and
verification before entering into any real estate transaction
- Clients must comply with any terms specified by the farmer/individuals or
entities, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
Employer Responsibilities
- Employers must accurately describe their job listings, including job title,
description, requirements, location, salary, and application process etc.
- Employers are responsible for ensuring that their job listings comply with
all applicable laws and regulations.
- Employers must promptly update their listings to reflect any changes in job
availability or terms.
Job Seeker Responsibilities
- Job seekers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and
verification before accepting any job offers.
- Job seekers must comply with any terms specified by the employer,as well
as all relevant laws and regulations.
Job openings
- All job openings must be accurate and not misleading.
- ‘kisanbharath.com’ reserves the right to remove or modify any job openings
that do not comply with these terms or that are deemed inappropriate.
- Job openings must include all required information such as job description,
qualifications, salary, and contact information etc.
Renter Responsibilities (Lessor)
- Renters must provide precise descriptions of their machinery, including
specifications, condition, rental terms, availability, pricing, and other
relevant details, ensuring accuracy and avoiding misleading statements.
- Renters are responsible for ensuring that their machinery is in good working
condition and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Renters must promptly update their listings to reflect any changes in
availability or terms.
- ‘kisanbharath.com’ reserves the right to remove or modifymachinery
listings that do not comply with these terms or that are deemed
inappropriate.
Rentee Responsibilities (Lessee)
- Rentees must provide accurate and complete information when renting
agricultural machinery.
- Rentees are responsible for using the machinery in accordance with the
provided instructions and returning it in the same condition it wasreceived,
except for normal wear and tear.
- Rentees must comply with any terms specified by the renter and any
applicable laws and regulations.
Insurance and Liability
- Renters and rentees are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage
for the machinery and its use.
- kisanbharath.com’ is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries
that occur during the rental period.
- Renters and rentees must resolve any disputes regarding damage or loss of
machinery directly with each other.
Prohibited Activities
